I need to lose 20 lbs as soon as i can, but i'm not talking extremes here I plan a couple lbs a week mb. I don't have any weights, or equipment & I can't go to a gym, any ideas or tips on workouts I can do to lose the weight? I know my diet must change to & I'm working on it but any tips to help would be great! Thanks!
^She is right except for the diet composition, it should be 50% carbs, 30% fat, 20% protein, this will keep your body in a state where its willing to lose fat, (and you can still enjoy decent foods), I'd say eat around 1800 calories a day, go running, is a great way to lose weight, and all you need is a pair of running shoes. 1800 calories is probably higher than your BMR (basically the number of calories your body would burn if you just laid in bed all day) so you'd have to run a lot, just do some body weight excercise besides that (crunches and pushups are nice).
